📻In-Game Radio Quick Guide
This is the official guide for using the In-Game Radio Script for Auspire Roleplay. To get started using the radio, please follow the instructions below to get setup.
Sub-Guide 01. Setting Up Your Radio
To open your radio, you can use the command: /radio and click the top right dial to power it on.
Once you have opened your radio, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions on getting your radio setup. You will need a Sonoran Account to use this.
Once you have followed the instructions on the on-screen radio, you will need "wait for approval". To get approved, you can use the Discord Channel (in the Main Auspire Discord) called #request-radio-approval and follow the instructions in that channel. When you have requested for approval, you will be notified when you've been approved.
When you have been approved, you will be able to connect to the radio frequencies in-game.
You will have to go into your FiveM keybinds and keybind your Radio Push-To-Talk.
Sub-Guide 02. Civilian Usage
Civilians can place an emergency call to speak directly to a dispatcher (if one is active) by doing:
Use the command "/radio 911" to place a call. Use the command again to end the call.
Sub-Guide 03. Dispatchers Usage
Dispatchers are not required to be in-game to utilise the radio. To get started using the dispatch panel, you will need to do the following:
Access "sonoranradio.com" and join the Auspire Roleplay Community with the ID: 7A62C7I3
When you have requested to join, you will need to be approved. You can use the channel (in the Main Auspire Discord) called #request-radio-approval and follow the instructions on there. Once done, you will be notified when you have been approved.
You will need to connect to the community (once approved) and choose the "Dispatch" tab. Click on "Connect".
You can click on the Microphone Icons (image below:) to connect to a different radio frequency.
You can click on the main Microphone button at the top to trigger your microphone. You can also setup a Push-To-Talk on the dispatch panel instead too (using the settings icon in the top right)
You can simply drag members into a new radio frequency.
You can click the headphone icon on any category to "listen in"
